Thomas Liley
Thomas Liley has appeared throughout the United States and in Canada in solo and chamber music performances. Works have been written for him by James Barnes, William Davis and Frederick Fox. He is coauthor of The Cambridge Companion to the Saxophone and Director of Scholarly Publications for the North American Saxophone Alliance. Liley received the degree of Doctor of Music from Indiana University and is a former member of the U.S. Navy Band in Washington, D.C. A Yamaha Performing Artist, Dr. Liley is Professor of Music at Joliet Junior College in Illinois.
